So I decided to start getting back to cooking, since at the end of the week I’ll officially have my own kitchen! I’m about to do a crazy happy dance and run around the block.
Okay, maybe there won’t be very much running involved.
I basically spent all of Saturday running around on errands after work (yes, I’m still working 6 days a week). I sat up all night finishing a crochet project for a friend’s baby shower, then ended up knocking out in the middle of the day and sleeping for 5+ hours, thus missing said baby shower. (Eeep!) So, my Sunday evening was spent on Pinterest and getting inspired to DO something.
So I started trolling the recipes and decided I REALLY wanted cold soba noodles.
Sides of tofu, sautéed bok choy and Enoki mushrooms.
I was really pleased with how it came out. Cold noodles on a hot day just put me in a better mood.
